As an addition to West Coast Sign Shop’s general Privacy Policy, West Coast Sign Shop is providing this California Privacy Notice on its own behalf as well as on behalf of its partner companies (collectively, “West Coast Sign Shop,” “us,” and “we”). This Notice explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and how to exercise them. The personal data we get from employees and job seekers is not covered by this California Privacy Notice. Please read our internal California Employee Privacy Notice if you work for West Coast Sign Shop and our California Applicant Privacy Policy if you are applying for a position there from California.

We aim to respond within 45 days.
5.2 Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to some limitations. We aim to respond within 30–60 days.
5.3 Right to Opt-Out
You can opt out of the sale of your personal data. However, we do not currently sell any personal information.
5.4 Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
6. California’s “Shine the Light” Law
You may request a list of third parties we’ve shared your personal information with for their direct marketing. West Coast Sign Shop does not share information in this manner.

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
7.2 Request Verification
We’ll use the information you provide solely to confirm your identity. If we are unable to verify you, we may deny the request.
8. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Currently, we do not respond to DNT browser signals due to a lack of industry-wide standards.
