Use of specific website features and the purchase of products from West Coast Sign Shop or its affiliated companies are governed by additional policies, terms, and restrictions (collectively referred to as “West Coast Sign Shop”). These supplementary rules and policies are incorporated into and considered part of these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the “Site Terms”). Updates/ Modifications to Terms

The Site Terms—comprising these Terms and Conditions along with any additional policies referenced—may be updated, revised, or amended at any time at the sole discretion of West Coast Sign Shop. We reserve full authority to make changes without prior notice.

When any updates to the Site Terms occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. The most current version of the Terms will be made available on this website. By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge and accept that updates, changes, or additions to the Terms become effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and all related policies each time you access or use the site.

If you do not agree with any modifications made to the Site Terms, you may withdraw your consent by notifying West Coast Sign Shop in writing. However, doing so requires you to immediately discontinue use of your account and this website. Your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be permitted to place orders or use any services provided by West Coast Sign Shop. Please note that termination of your account does not release you from the obligation to pay for any projects that are already completed or currently in production.

West Coast Sign Shop may, at its discretion, notify you of changes via additional methods such as email. However, the use of these additional notifications does not guarantee that such methods will be used consistently in the future. Posting the revised Terms on this website constitutes effective notice of all modifications.

E-Communication

By using this website, you acknowledge and consent to receive electronic communications from West Coast Sign Shop for all purposes, including but not limited to legal notices and service-related updates. These communications may include emails sent to the email address you provided during registration, as well as messages posted on this website. While you may opt out of receiving electronic communications at any time, this will only apply to future correspondence and will not affect ongoing or completed orders. If you choose to opt out, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to place new orders through the website. Deactivation does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for any completed or in-progress orders.

West Coast Sign Shop grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this website solely for the purpose of reviewing our products and services and making legitimate purchases. This license does not grant you any rights—whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise—under any intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary rights belonging to West Coast Sign Shop or any third parties.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features available on this website and to place orders for products and services, you may be required to register for a member account with West Coast Sign Shop. If new features, enhancements, or updates are introduced, existing users typically won’t need to re-register. However, you may be asked to re-acknowledge these Terms & Conditions or accept any additional terms related to those new features or services.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted during the registration process. You also agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Not all products and services on the website are available to all users. Access may depend on your relationship with West Coast Sign Shop, including your status within our customer loyalty program. You acknowledge that your access to specific offerings is limited to the tier or access level currently assigned to your account.

During registration, you will be asked to create a User ID and password. You are solely responsible for choosing a secure password and maintaining its confidentiality. You are fully accountable for any activity that occurs under your login credentials. If you suspect that your User ID or password has been compromised, you should change your login details immediately by accessing your account settings. You also agree to notify West Coast Sign Shop promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or credentials.

Content Provided by Customer

You may have the option to electronically upload, submit, or otherwise transmit data, text, images, graphics, messages, or similar materials (collectively referred to as “Customer Content”) to West Coast Sign Shop for inclusion in your selected print products and services. You acknowledge that all Customer Content is solely your responsibility, including content provided by others on your behalf. By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights, or have obtained appropriate permissions, to use all text, graphics, images, and other materials submitted for production. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless West Coast Sign Shop and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from any breach of this representation, including any costs and legal fees incurred.

West Coast Sign Shop does not permanently store Customer Content. Content uploaded for an order will be retained for up to fifteen (15) days from the upload date and may be permanently deleted after that period. Please note: West Coast Sign Shop retains files solely for the purpose of reprinting the original order, not for creating new or modified print jobs.

You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any Customer Content with West Coast Sign Shop that contains material which is: (i) unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene; (ii) intended to incite hate, racism, or discrimination; (iii) invasive of another’s privacy; (iv) not legally yours to transmit; (v) in violation of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity right, or other proprietary rights; (vi) supportive of criminal activity or subversion of U.S. law; (vii) containing malicious software such as viruses, spyware, or code intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the website, its services, or related networks.

You understand and agree that West Coast Sign Shop does not routinely pre-screen submitted Customer Content, but reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion. West Coast Sign Shop may reject or remove any content, or decline to fulfill any order, that it determines to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise inappropriate. Additionally, West Coast Sign Shop may take appropriate action—including disclosing content—if required to: (a) comply with legal obligations; (b) enforce these Site Terms; (c) respond to claims of intellectual property infringement; or (d) protect the rights, safety, or property of West Coast Sign Shop, its team, its users, or the public.

All intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, layouts, and branding—whether created by or for West Coast Sign Shop—remains the exclusive property of West Coast Sign Shop. This remains true even if Customer Content is uploaded to the site or incorporated into a final product or service.

Once your order has left the fulfillment facility of West Coast Sign Shop or any of its production partners, our responsibility for that order ends. This includes any projects that require additional customization by third-party vendors. The same terms apply to all custom packaging and label orders.

Graphics/Artwork Requirements

It is strongly recommended that all content submitted to West Coast Sign Shop for printing meet the following specifications:

  • A resolution of at least 300 DPI with a 1:1 aspect ratio (100% scale). Files that do not meet this resolution may result in printed materials appearing pixelated, blurry, or distorted. West Coast Sign Shop assumes no responsibility for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly scaled artwork. We reserve the right, without obligation, to reject any files that do not meet these standards.
  • Files should be designed in CMYK color mode, with embedded color profiles removed. While you may submit artwork in RGB or other color spaces, please note that files will be converted to CMYK for printing. West Coast Sign Shop is not responsible for any color discrepancies, shifts, or inaccuracies that may occur during this conversion process.

Required Color Settings

West Coast Sign Shop guarantees that all printed products conform to industry-standard CMYK color processes. However, we cannot guarantee exact “match-print” color accuracy, nor can we eliminate minor color variations that may occur throughout the production process.

Because we cannot control how colors appear on individual monitors or devices, we make no guarantees that the final printed colors will precisely match what you see on your screen. In particular, color shifts may occur when converting RGB files—especially those containing black, near-black, or grayscale tones. It is your responsibility to correct any such tones prior to submission. We do not guarantee color consistency in these areas, even when proofs are requested or reviewed.

Please note that applying UV coating can impact the appearance of printed colors. Any changes in tone, sheen, or vibrancy due to UV coating are considered a normal variation and are not the responsibility of West Coast Sign Shop.

Print Lead Time

West Coast Sign Shop charges a standard turnaround fee based on the product you select. Unless otherwise specified at the time of order, your project will be processed under the default turnaround schedule associated with that item.

Important: Turnaround time refers only to the production schedule and does not include shipping time. The estimated delivery date is determined by combining your selected turnaround time with the shipping method chosen during checkout. Once an order is placed, turnaround times and associated charges generally cannot be changed.

For your convenience, West Coast Sign Shop offers multiple production timelines depending on the item selected. Available options will be shown during the ordering process. Please note that not every turnaround tier is available for every product.

  • Same Day: Orders that are approved and ready for production by 10:00 a.m. (PST) will be produced for shipping or pickup by the end of the next business day. Orders received or verified after this deadline will be processed the following business day.
  • Next Day (Quantities up to 500 only): Orders submitted and verified by 10:00 a.m. will be completed by the end of the following business day. West Coast Sign Shop reserves the right to fulfill next-day jobs using digital printing methods.
  • 2-3 Business Days: Orders verified by 1:00 p.m. will be ready between the second and third business day following receipt.
  • 3-4 Business Days: Projects verified by 1:00 p.m. will be available between the second and fourth business day after approval.
  • 5-7 Business Days: Jobs approved by 1:00 p.m. will be completed between the fifth and seventh business day after confirmation.
  • 7-9 Business Days: Orders approved and production-ready by 1:00 p.m. will be fulfilled between the seventh and ninth business day after verification.

Please Note: Turnaround time begins only once a job is deemed production-ready. Files that require changes, have errors, or need proof approval will not enter the production queue until those issues are resolved. Turnaround schedules apply only to orders confirmed as ready to proceed.

Local Delivery: West Coast Sign Shop offers limited local delivery via UPS Ground. If local delivery is available for your order, it will appear as a shipping option during checkout. We reserve the right to define and limit local delivery zones and may exclude certain areas at our discretion.

Group Shipping: Choosing a group shipping option may add at least one additional business day to your selected turnaround time.

Proofing & Approving Your Order

West Coast Sign Shop is not obligated to proofread, review, or verify the content, formatting, or layout of any submitted order. This responsibility lies solely with the customer. Even if a customer service representative has previously assisted with an order, that does not imply that any future orders will be reviewed or assessed. Each submission is treated independently, and all print jobs are produced exactly as submitted by the customer.

You, the customer, are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all design elements—including spelling, grammar, layout, and content—before submitting your files for print. West Coast Sign Shop does not modify client files in any way. Once your order is placed, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the artwork and accept full responsibility for any issues contained in the final document.

By submitting your files, you confirm that you have inspected and approved every aspect of your design. West Coast Sign Shop is not responsible for errors including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammatical issues, incorrect trimming or folding, wrong dimensions or cut lines, missing bleeds, misalignment, crop marks, damaged or missing fonts, transparency issues, overprint settings, or any other layout or design flaws.

Unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of ordering—and only when proofing is available for the selected product—West Coast Sign Shop does not provide digital proofs by default. If you do request a proof, it is your responsibility to carefully compare it to your original file and ensure that all content, formatting, and details are accurate.

Please note: No proof-requested order will enter production until West Coast Sign Shop receives your written approval. Turnaround times will begin only after this approval is submitted, which may delay your project’s timeline.

Payment

All pricing on this website is listed in U.S. dollars. West Coast Sign Shop currently accepts major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to discontinue acceptance of any specific credit card brand or issuer at any time.

To register and place orders through our website, you must provide a valid, authorized, and up-to-date credit card. By submitting your credit card information, you represent and warrant that it is accurate, current, and that you are legally authorized to use it. If your card becomes invalid, expired, or otherwise unusable, you agree to promptly update your payment method with a valid and authorized card.

Some transactions may require extended authorization or processing beyond the initial credit card approval. If additional time is needed to complete your transaction, a representative from West Coast Sign Shop will contact you. Please note that this may affect your estimated delivery date.

All products and services must be paid for in full at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By submitting an order, you authorize West Coast Sign Shop to charge the provided credit card—or a previously stored valid card on file—for the full amount due. If you provide a new credit card at checkout, it will be added to your payment profile and does not replace prior cards unless specified.

If your transaction is declined, rejected, or not approved, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice or obligation.

Any additional charges incurred due to revisions, upgrades, or changes made to an order after payment may be billed to the original card used or to another valid card you provide.

If an alternative payment arrangement has been made and payment is not received within five (5) business days of the agreed due date, you authorize West Coast Sign Shop to charge the outstanding balance to any credit card you have on file with us, without further notice.

Canceling Your Order

You may cancel a print order at any time before it enters the production stage. If you choose to cancel an order prior to production, a West Coast Sign Shop customer service representative will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for any approved refunds to be processed and credited back to your account.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be altered or canceled, and no refunds will be issued. This policy also applies to all logo design and graphic design services, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation, please visit the “Pending Orders” section of your account on our website. If the option to cancel is no longer available, it means your order has entered production and can no longer be canceled.

Submitting a Counter-Notice
