Shipping Guidelines Policy

At West Coast Sign Shop, we strive to provide reliable and transparent shipping services. These guidelines may change /without prior notice to reflect updates in policy, service, or customer feedback. Please review this page before placing an order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use FedEx, UPS, and other trusted carriers. Our standard delivery method is Ground or Economy Shipping. You may select a different method at checkout.

Note: Standard shipping is not guaranteed for specific dates. For time-sensitive items, choose expedited options.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are based on live carrier pricing and may change. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge—contact our team for details.

All orders ship FOB (Free On Board) from the manufacturing point. Ownership and risk pass to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier or picked up in person.

Production & Fulfillment Locations

We work with fulfillment partners nationwide to reduce delivery time. Your order may be split and shipped from multiple facilities depending on the product type.

If production needs change due to weather, high demand, or emergencies, we may reassign your job to another location and update your estimated delivery accordingly.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times = Turnaround time + Shipping time

  • Weekends & holidays are excluded
  • Carrier pickup day is not counted
  • Only expedited services like Next Day or 2-Day Air are guaranteed
  • Standard Shipping is not date guaranteed

Group Shipping

Limited products qualify for group shipping. To qualify:

  • Orders placed at the same time
  • Same product type, quantity, and turnaround
  • Same delivery address and contact

Group orders may delay delivery by 1+ business day. Not recommended for urgent deadlines.

Split Shipments

Items may arrive in multiple boxes from different facilities, each with separate tracking numbers and shipping costs. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery for all packages.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please provide a valid street address (not a P.O. Box). Errors may cause delays, loss, or extra charges. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Refusals & Reshipments

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to a bad address, reshipment and return fees will apply. These costs will be charged to the original payment method.

Address Changes

You may change the shipping address before the order ships. After shipping, a change requires a $12.35 intercept fee + additional carrier fees. These will be billed to your original payment method.

Holiday & Weather Delays

Delays caused by weather, holidays, strikes, customs, or other events beyond our control are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.

Signature Requirements

If delivering to a residence, the carrier may leave the package without a signature. Contact us in advance if a signature is required.
